Half Roasted Asian Chicken

Half an all-natural brined chicken rubbed in a our flavorful Asian spice blend, and spit-roasted over an open flame until the skin is perfectly crisp and the meat is juicy and tender. Leftovers (though this chicken is so delicious, you might not have any) are great in sandwiches, salads, and soups!
