Our private label aged balsamic vinegar is made for us according to traditional methods by a small producer in Modena, Italy. This deep brown, sweet/sour, intensely flavorful condiment is sequentially aged in a variety of woods (cherry, oak, chestnut, etc.), which gives the final product incomparable depth of flavor.
